Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Defects and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

For shipping damages (such as torn, bent or crushed products) or obvious defects, please get in touch within 14 days at sonjatravelartist[at!]gmail.com with the following information:

Email subject: Request: Product issue
Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• Product title
• 2-3 clear photos of the issue

Please note: Minor colour variations due to different screen settings are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Once your claim has been approved, a free replacement will be sent. If multiple replacement attempts fail, a refund will be provided.

Return Address

If a return is necessary, I will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior arrangement.
